The following items were discussed at the regular monthly meeting of the Stratford Town Council held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Special Presentation A special presentation was held early in the council agenda to recognize the 2026 winners of the ‘Water’s Cool’ Water School who will be featured in the upcoming calendar. Braelyn Dempster – December Resolution Approved An application from PEI Martial Arts Inc. to construct a Mixed Use (commercial/recreation) building being a Part 3 Commercial/Assembly building, at 301 Shakespeare Drive, located on a portion of PID 1016377 within the Town Centre Mixed Use (TCMU) zone was approved by resolution. Public Meeting Called A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in order to obtain input regarding a Special Permit Use to operate an auto detailing business, at Unit 1, 26 Hollis Avenue (PID 1093814). -30-
